Unlike many other tutorial platforms, our tricks and combos tutorials are not just demos with general instructions, but the most complete tutorials out there, including several entries, exits, variations, on static and spinning pole, explanations from the floor, from standing and up the pole, whenever possible. You’ll also find tips, tricks, most common mistakes, close ups and slow motion shots! To sum up, the tutorials will provide you all the tools you need to nail the tricks and combos effectively and safely.
The personal feedback is included in the monthly and yearly subscription.
If you would like to get a review on your trick or combo, send us your video to our email address (giselle@gisellepoleart.com) or through Instagram and Giselle will get back to you in the next days. For the best and most precise feedback make sure that: - the video is recoded with a good lighting and in the best quality possible,
- your whole body fits in the image,
- the angle is clear or send us the trick or combo in different angles.
All tutorials are explained step by step with spoken clear instructions.
Some tutorials are not follow-along, however as the recordings progressed, these tutorials were done in that format as to help you training along without having to pause and rewind. All our conditioning classes, warm ups and cool downs are indeed follow along-classes to keep you motivated throughout the workout.
Since each tutorial is carefully explained step by step and it is executed in many different angles, the length of each trick tutorial is in general between 5 minutes to 15 minutes, depending on the difficulty. Some include preparation exercises, different entries, exits and variations, demos on static and spinning pole, therefore their length is longer. Many tutorials have a follow-along format, so you can train without having to stop and rewind the video. Also, since some tricks are big milestones that require preparation and a deeper explanation, like the Shoulder Mount or Superman for example, they can be up to 25 minutes.
Combo tutorials' length are from around 6 minutes to 20 minutes.
Absolutely! if you'd like to learn a specific trick or combo that is not yet in our library, you can let us know and Giselle will do her best to prepare it for you!
